    • Appointments may be booked in advance or walk-in accepted if there an available time slot. Please book or call-in advance to guarantee an appointment.

    • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.

    • Missed appointments may incur a fee.

    4. Payments

    • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

    • Payment is required at the time of service or purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • We offer customers the option to fit prescription lenses into their own frames ("BYO Frames"). This service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Frame Assessment

    • All BYO frames must be physically inspected by our qualified Optical Dispensers.

    • Frames must be in good condition, free from visible damage, and structurally suitable for lens fitting.

    • We reserve the right to decline fitting lenses into frames deemed unsuitable.

    2. ​Prescription Requirements

    • Customers must provide a valid prescription issued by an Australian registered optometrist.

    • Prescriptions must not be expired. For complex prescriptions, we may recommend a recheck by our optometrist

    3. Fitting Fees

    A fitting fee of $40 applies.

    4. Warranty & Liability

    We do not offer warranties on:

    • Frames not purchased from us

    • Lenses made from external prescriptions

    Our liability is limited to replacing defective lenses or redoing services under warranty when prescriptions are provided by our optometrist. We are not responsible for any damage to third-party frames during the lens fitting process.​

    5. Safety Glasses Exception

    We do not fit prescription lenses into BYO frames for safety glasses, as these must meet specific Australian safety standards.

    6. General Conditions

    By using this service, you confirm that all information and prescriptions provided are accurate. Terms may be updated periodically. Please refer to our website for the latest version.

  • At Eyesmile Dental & Optical, we are committed to providing high-quality dental and optical products. Our refund policy complies with Australian Consumer Law to ensure fairness and transparency.

    1. Consumer Guarantees

    All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product:

    • Is faulty or defective

    • Does not match its description

    • Is unsafe or unfit for its intended purpose

    2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

    • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase for change-of-mind returns (see conditions below).

    • Faulty or defective products can be returned at any time within a reasonable period.

    3. Conditions for Refund

    • Faulty or defective products: Full refund, repair, or replacement will be provided.

    • Change of mind: Refunds or exchanges are available only if:

      • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

      • Returned within 30 days of purchase

      • Health and hygiene products (e.g., dental care items, contact lenses) cannot be returned if opened

    4. Refund Process

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    5. Exclusions

    • No refunds for products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

    • No refunds for opened hygiene-sensitive products unless faulty.

    6. Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

    • For faulty products, eyeSmile will cover return and shipping costs.

  • At Eyesmile Dental & Optical, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care. Our refund policy for services ensures transparency and fairness.

    1. Appointment Cancellations

    • Full refund for prepaid services if canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment.

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.

    2. Missed Appointments

    • Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

    3. Service Issues

    • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will review your concern and may offer:

      • A partial refund

      • A complimentary follow-up service

      • Alternative solutions

    4. Non-Refundable Services

    • Diagnostic services (e.g., eye tests, dental examinations) are non-refundable once completed.
